ZOPB Implements New Traffic Pattern For South Montgomery County Residents


Spring, Texas – March 3rd, 2016 (ZOPB Release): Zachry-Odebrecht is scheduled to implement a traffic switch along the Riley Fuzzel corridor on Saturday, March 5. The traveling public can expect the following:

Riley Fuzzel eastbound will have two lanes from Rayford Road to future Townsen Blvd and westbound will have one lane from future Townsen Blvd to Rayford.

Rayford Road northbound and southbound will have two thru lanes and a dedicated left turn lane through the intersection narrowing to two lanes.

Lockeridge Farms will be in its final configuration with direct access to eastbound Riley Fuzzel. Traffic will need to use Birnham Woods to travel westbound.

Birnham Woods northbound and southbound will have dedicated right turn lanes and one thru lane through the intersection.

Benders Landing and Woodson’s Reserve will be in its final configuration with direct access to eastbound Riley Fuzzel. Eastbound traffic will need to use future Townsen u-turn to access westbound Riley Fuzzel.

Creekside Village will be in its final configuration with direct access to westbound Riley Fuzzel.
