Spring, Texas – January 8, 2019: A woman has been charged with DWI after crashing into a parked car and rolling her vehicle early Tuesday morning.
Deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 21400 block of Meadow Hill Drive around 2:45 AM. When deputies arrived they detained the driver, identified as Rosa Silva after she displayed numerous signs of intoxication.
After deputies administered field sobriety tests, it was determined that Silva was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Rosa Silva was arrested and booked in the Harris County Jail and charged with DWI.
No injuries were reported.
