Water Tests Positive for E.Coli in Candlelight Hills; Prompts Boil Water Notice

Spring, Texas – Residents in the Candlelight Hills subdivision are being instructed to follow a boil water notice after E. coli was detected in recent water quality tests.

Several samples were collected at a single site, all of which tested positive for E.coli.

Aqua America, the company that provides water to the subdivision says that other test sites in the area have tested negative.

The TCEQ is investigating. A boil water notice remains in effect.
