Victim Shot During Aggravated Robbery at Shell Gas Station on Cypresswood Drive

Spring, Texas – July 24, 2018: On July 23, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Shell gas station located in the 26800 block of Cypresswood Drive in reference to a drive by shooting. Upon deputies arriving it was discovered that one victim had been shot and that both the victim and the suspect had fled the scene. The victim was later located at a hospital in The Woodlands being treated for a single gunshot wound.

During the investigation deputies discovered that the suspect was captured on surveillance video. Constable Deputies conducted a search of the area and quickly located and detained the suspect identified as Lance Tully. Further investigation revealed that Tully and the victim were set to meet at the location at which time Tully drew a firearm, demanded the victim’s money and shot him.
