Two Criminals Arrested After Stealing Christmas Gifts off Front Porch

Tomball, Texas – December 12th, 2017: Deputies with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched to a theft of mail packages in the 12600 block of New Hampton Drive.  Deputies arrived within minutes to the location and met with the complainant, who reported that a male and female removed a package that had just been delivered from her front doorstep. The complaint advised that the package contained Christmas gifts for her family that she had ordered online. Deputies began to search the area and located both suspects, identified as Beth Butzke and John Nalbach, who were both arrested.  The items from within the packages were recovered from the suspects and returned back to the complainant.

“John Nalbach was arrested, placed into Harris County Jail, and charged with Class B Theft in County Criminal Court 01 with a $500.00 bond. Beth Butzke was arrested, placed in the Harris County Jail, and charges of State Jail Felony Theft with Two Prior Convictions were filed in the 180th District Court with a $1,000.00 bond.” – Constable Mark Herman
