The Woodlands, Texas – Two child predators are behind bars after an undercover investigation via social media.
The Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Internet Crimes Against Children division conducted an undercover investigation targeting adults soliciting sex to minors through social media apps.
During the investigation, Apolo Neri-Gonzalez and Zachary Noel Davis each solicited sex acts to children under the age of 14 in The Woodlands. Investigators were able to locate the suspects attempting to meet the children for sex. The suspects were taken into custody without incident.
Both Gonzalez and Davis are charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor.
