We have received many messages trying to get information about the wreck that just occurred at Louetta and Ella in the middle of the intersection.
A tan suburban was west bound on Louetta passing through the intersection when a yellow work truck t-boned the other vehicle. The driver of the suburban was pinned in the vehicle. Fire and EMS arrived on scene and used hydraulic tools to cut the door off of the suburban. The driver of the suburban was removed and placed onto a stretcher. A Cypress Creek EMS ambulance transported the driver with lights and sirens to the Texas Medical Center. It was reported that the driver was in stable condition with no life threatening injuries. The wreck is still under investigation by the Precinct 4 Constables Office.
UPDATE: The wreck caused major traffic congestion in the area. The wreck has been cleaned up and the roadway has re-opened.
