Spring, TX: Legends Trace, a small neighborhood on the north side of Spring is getting quite the attention this month after multiple issues with the United States Postal Service. A Legends Trace resident posted this picture on the neighborhood Facebook page today, a picture of a community mailbox that was left wide open with mail inside.
A resident reported that they tried calling the local post office that services the neighborhood but USPS employees did not answer.
Spring Happenings immediately reached out to our contacts at USPS to notify them of the open box. We asked what could be done in the future to prevent incidents like this.
Dionne Montague, Communication Program Specialist with USPS tell us..
“I do not have the answers to your questions at this time, this incident will be investigated.”
