Spring, Texas – May 15, 2019: Local Spring & Klein students were sworn into the U.S. Army during a special ceremony. The group of 40 cadets was comprised of mostly high school seniors along with a few college students.

The cadets took center stage with their right hands raised to accept the oath to serve our country with honor and dignity.

The Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce organized the event and invited the families of the cadets to sit in the audience in order to witness the special ceremony as it took place.

“I want to let the students and their parents that were sworn to the Army to know how proud our community is of their dedication and commitment to our country. Thank you for allowing the Spring Klein Chamber to be apart of the Swear-In Ceremony for the students of Spring, Klein, Tomball, The Woodlands and Humble,” said Jenan Blank, President Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce.

This was one of the larger recruitments from one community in Texas and each one of the cadets is excited to see what the future holds for them.
