Owner of Spring Bullritos Restaurant Arrested During Child Sex Crime Sting

Spring, Texas – The owner of the Spring area Bullritos Restaurant was arrested among seven other men during an undercover operation targeting internet crimes against children.

The Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force conducted the initiative along with the help of numerous law enforcement agencies.

Police officers posing as underage children used social media apps to talk to the predators online.

Among the eight men arrested was Patrick Ryan Craig (37), the owner and operator of the Bullritos Restaurant located near the intersection of I-45 and Cypresswood Drive.

Craig is a registered sex offender connected to a prior criminal conviction where he solicited sex to a 13-year-old female. He was charged with Attempted Sexual Performance by Minor and sentenced to eight years in prison in 2005. He was later paroled in 2013.

In August 2019, during the operation, Craig solicited sex acts to an undercover officer who was posing as a child under the age of seventeen.

Patrick Ryan Craig was arrested, booked in the Harris County Jail on a $100,000.00 bond and charged with the felony offense of Online Solicitation of a Minor.

Craig has since posted bond. He is due back in court on November 1, 2019.
