Kohl’s Stores Now Accepting Amazon Returns

Spring, Texas – Kohl’s made a huge announcement on Monday that it will now be accepting Amazon returns at more than 1,100 stores nationwide.

Customers will now be able to return eligible Amazon products for free without a box or label at any Kohl’s location. Kohl’s will then return the products to Amazon. The service was revealed just in time for Amazon Prime Day.

Earlier this year, Kohl’s ran pilot programs for the service in three major cities and made plans to expand nationwide.

Customers who want to take advantage of the new service need to go to the Amazon Online Return Center and select the Kohl’s drop-off option. A QR code will then be emailed. Simply bring the QR code and item to Kohl’s to be returned. Kohl’s will then pack, label and ship your return for free.

The unveiling of the new service is in hopes of driving more customers to Kohl’s stores.

“Our top strategic priority is driving traffic, and this transformational program does just that,” Kohl’s CEO Michelle Gass said in a statement.

In a blog post, Amazon explained the reasoning behind the new service.

“Our goal at Amazon is to make buying online – and returning – as easy as possible and we are expanding free, convenient returns on millions of items for our customers,” the blog post revealed.
