Klein ISD Police Searching For Man Reportedly Exposing Himself To Students In School Parking Lot

Spring, Texas – January 25th, 2018: The Klein ISD Police Department is searching for a man that reportedly was exposing himself to children in school parking lots.

Officials tell us that the suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male with a beard/mustache and appears to be in his late 30’s or early 40’s. The suspect was seen driving a late model four-door Acura that is black in color. According to reports, the suspect honks his horn and waves at students in an attempt to get them to come near his vehicle. Several victims told investigators that he was masturbating in his vehicle.

The suspect has been seen in both the Klein Collins and Schindewolf Intermediate parking lot.

Investigators tell us that they have a very strong person of interest and are currently working with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office on potential charges. Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office and the Harris County Sheriff’s Department will be assisting the District with additional patrol deputies.

“Parents should talk to their children and remind them to be vigilant of their surroundings and always report suspicious activity,” said Chief David Kimberly, Klein ISD Police Department. “I want to ensure the community that we have dedicated a significant amount of resources to positively identify the individual and quickly bring the suspect into custody.”

A parent link notification was sent out to parents on Friday of last week. If you have any additional information on this case or similar incidents, please contact Investigator Jim Durbin with the Klein ISD Police Department at 832-249-4266.
