JUNE 16: DIY ‘Edible & Raised Garden Beds’ Workshop, The Home Depot

At this free event from 10am to 11:30am, kids will have the opportunity to play in the dirt, and devour the results of their hard work with an edible garden. JUNE 16: ‘Jacob’s Fight’ Homecoming Parade

Join this heartfelt, patiently-waited event as we support Jacob Munoz’s fight with Philadelphia Chromosome Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and celebrate his return home! At 11am, event coordinators are asking members of the community to show their support for Jacob by lining the streets of Colony Creek Village neighborhood and their street, Wandsworth, with encouraging signs and steamers. To attend from the beginning, park at Krahn Elementary and walk the parade by-foot to the house, where a DJ will be stationed in the front yard to continue the celebration.
