Harris County, Texas – May 26th, 2016: The Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office responded to 624 calls for service between May 19th, 2016 and May 25th, 2016. Here is a breakdown of the incidents.

TYPE OF OFFENSE: Driving While Intoxicated

DATE and TIME:  5/18/2016 – 15:26 Hrs.

LOCATION:      6000 N Sam Houston PW W.

DEFENDANT:   Morris, Angelyn Victoria / Age 36 / Houston, TX / County Court 014 / Bond $ 500

Details: On May 18th, 2016, at approximately 3:26 pm Deputy A. Reeves with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 6000 N Sam Houston PW W. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Angelyn Morris, Deputy Reeves could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Morris’s breath. Further investigation by Deputy Reeves revealed that Morris was intoxicated. Morris was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

LOCATION:      13800 Ella Blvd.

DEFENDANT:   Robinson, Jeromy / Age 25 / Houston, TX / County Court 007 / Bond $ 500

Details: On May 18th, 2016, at approximately 9:52 pm Deputy J. King with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance at the 13800 block of Ella Blvd. Upon Deputy King making contact with the complainant, the complainant reported that the defendant, Jeromy Robinson, was trespassing and had received a prior criminal trespass warning., Deputy King found Robinson to have received a criminal trespass from the location. Robinson was arrested, charged with Criminal Trespass of a building, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On May 19th, 2016, at approximately 2:29 pm Deputy E. Del Toro with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft call in the 26000 block of the Northwest Freeway. Upon Deputy Del Toro’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, Carol Threadgill, had selected and concealed merchandise and then past all points of sale. Further investigation by Deputy Del Toro revealed that Threadgill had two prior convictions for theft. Threadgill was arrested, charged Felony theft, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On May 21st, 2016, at approximately 2:23 am Deputy J. Iniguez with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at 2000 N Sam Houston PW W. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Jose Uscanga, Deputy Iniguez could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Uscanga’s breath. Further investigation by Deputy Iniguez revealed that Uscanga was intoxicated. Uscanga was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

DATE and TIME:  05/21/2016 – 00:27 Hrs.

LOCATION:      6000 FM 2920

DEFENDANT:   Valdez, Jeremy / Age 25 / Houston, TX / 208th District Court / Bond $ 300,000

Details: On May 21st, 2016, at approximately 12:27 am Sergeant Harrah with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a major accident located at 6000 FM 2920. Upon Sergeant Harrah arriving on scene, (3) occupants in a vehicle that was struck by Defendant Jeremy Valdez were found deceased.  Sergeant Harrah could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Valdez’s breath. Further investigation by Sergeant Harrah revealed that Valdez was intoxicated. Valdez was arrested, charged with three counts of Murder and booked into the Harris County Jail.

LOCATION:      2000 FM 2920

DEFENDANT:   Keefe, Melissa Marie / Age 28 / Houston, TX / 232 District Court / Bond $ 10,000

Details: On May 22th, 2016, at approximately 8 13 pm Deputy J. Loucks with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle at 2000 FM 2920. Upon contact with driver/defendant Melissa Keefe, Keefe was found to be in possession of 16 grams of Methamphetamines and 4 grams of Xanax. Keefe was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On May 24th, 2016, at approximately 11:23 pm Deputy Boethel with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a burglary of a motor vehicle call in the 6500 block of Autumn Sunset Ln. Upon Deputy Boethel’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant had stolen property from his vehicle. Further investigation by Deputy Boethel led to the location of the defendant, Kurtis Jones, and to the recovery of the complainant’s property. Jones, was arrested, charged with Burglary to a Motor vehicle, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On May 25th, 2016, at approximately 01:55 am Deputy J. King with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 2000 block of Woerner Rd. Upon Deputy King making contact with Driver/Defendant George Beasley, investigation by Deputy King revealed that Beasley was in possession of 0.2 grams of Cocaine. Beasley was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On May 24th, 2016, at approximately 11:22 am Deputy C. Bergman with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 14300 block of the North Freeway. Upon Deputy Bergman making contact with driver/defendant Juddarrious Cane, investigation by Deputy Bergman revealed that Cane was in possession of 0.5 grams of Codeine. Cane was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and booked into the Harris County Jail.
