From Food Truck To Storefront, Brazilian Joe’s Grand Opening In Spring

Spring, Texas – March 25, 2019: Brazilian Joe’s food truck is coming to a storefront in Spring and will be located at 19620 Kuykendahl Road, Spring. The restaurant had its soft opening Feb 19th.

Owners, husband and wife Jordan and Aline Fowell, founded the original food truck in order to introduce delicious authentic Brazilian cuisine with American flavors to diners in Houston. The restaurant features an assorted menu with the most popular dish being the Brazilian beef hot dogs with loaded yucca fries on the side.

“Our sliders are definitely a very good call but our Brazilian hot dog is an authentic Brazilian dish that customers go crazy for,” Aline said.

The truck has been operational for two years and was originally only open on the weekends. With the growing popularity for their dishes, the couple was presented with an opportunity to open up a storefront that will now be open 6 days a week.

The restaurant celebrated its grand opening on March 23rd.

The food truck will continue to remain operational as Aline Fowell explains that the two work hand-in-hand to attract customers.

“The truck stays parked in front of the storefront and catches people’s attention,” Aline said.

“Every person that walks in gives it a 5-star review and it’s very nice to hear the feedback and know that people are enjoying the food.”
