Spring, Texas – August 2, 2018: On July 31, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 19400 block of Ambrosia Falls Drive in reference to a juvenile male shot in the neck. Upon deputies arriving the juvenile was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and the remaining four juveniles on scene were detained.
