Aqua Texas Boil Water Notice

Published

on

Over the past few days we have had reports of residents receiving phone calls from Aqua Texas instructing all residents to use bottled water. Aqua provides water service to the Candlelight Hills subdivision as well as other areas in Harris County. Some residents were unsure if these phone calls were legitimate so our team decided to reach out to the company and find out all of the details. On March 18th around noon, one of Aqua’s water plants had an electrical issue. At this time it is still unknown what caused the issue. Aqua put out a boil water notice to all users in the service area. According the Aqua’s website the issue should have been solved today around 5:00pm.
