13-Year-Old Child and Deputy Constable Attacked by Aggressive Dog

Spring, Texas – September 17, 2018: Emergency crews are on the scene of a home in the 228000 block of Earlmist Drive in the Timbler Lane Subdivision in reference to an aggressive animal.
When Harris County Precinct 4 Constables arrived on the scene, they discovered that a 13-year-old child had been severely bit by a dog. While attempting to capture the animal, a Constable Deputy was also bit before he discharged his weapon and striking the dog.
The child has been transported to an area hospital. Her condition was unknown at the time this story went to press. The condition of the Constable was not available.
